I’ve been living through one of those seasons. On paper, it might look like I’m not “doing much.” But behind the scenes? I’m holding the line. I’m rebuilding. I’m not giving up. That’s strength—even when it doesn’t feel like it.

Some days, the future feels like fog. I don’t know when things will get better, or what “better” will even look like. But I keep going. Living with uncertainty—especially while battling depression—has trained me in emotional endurance.
